SCHEDULE DOCUMENT PICK UP

Schedule a convenient time and location for their PRO to collect the documents required for processing.

PAYMENT – ONLINE OR CASH

Make a payment online using your credit card or pay by cash when clients meet the PRO for document collection. Alternatively, Clients may also visit their office and make a payment by cash or card.

TRACK REQUEST

Track the status of client request on the app, chat with their agents or call them up directly while the request is in progress.

SCHEDULE DOCUMENT DELIVERY

Schedule delivery of the processed documents to any location in Dubai at client convenience or collect the documents from their office.

TRANSACTION HISTORY

Manage all PRO requests and statuses on the app. Payment history and e-invoices would be available in the transaction history.

Requirement Analysis and Documentation

To understand the pain points of the FastPro team, L Tech team conducted F2F discussions at the multi-level. A team of business analysts interviewed the FastPro team to understand how the system works for each level, what are their challenges, and what do they expect from a new, improved system. Moreover, team L Tech interacted with their ground staff to understand how certain processes (such as order receiving, document collection, tracking updates, Call/Chat with customers etc.) can be eased for them.

The requirement gathering was followed by documentation of how the existing challenges can be resolved. This included creating flow charts for working of every level, a comparative analysis on how the system flow can be simplified, creating designs (UI/UX), and architecture for the solution.

These designs were showcased to the Client for approval. Upon approval from the Client, a prototype (wireframes) was generated and again shared for approval.
